What the price does not include.

A roof that needs replacing.If yours has under five years left we will say so and tell you to call us back after. It costs less to sequence it right than to pull an array off and re-mount it.

A service panel that cannot take it.Older 100-amp panels sometimes need upgrading before interconnection. That is a quotable, separate job and you will see it as a separate line.

Tree work.We will show you the shade model and what each tree costs you per year. Whether they come down is your call, not a condition of the sale.
