The install is two days. The other twenty-four years are the job.

We take on systems we did not install, including several hundred left behind by companies that closed. If yours has an owner’s manual from a business that no longer answers the phone, this page is for you.

What we come back for.

  1. Year 1

Production baseline set. Panel-level output logged in your first full summer, so every reading after this one has something honest to be measured against.

  2. Year 2

First wash. Texas dust, cedar pollen and the film left by hard water take four to seven percent off output before anything looks wrong on your app.

  3. Year 6

Optimizer and connector check. This is where unserviced systems begin losing one panel at a time, and where the loss is small enough that nobody notices for years.

  4. Year 12

Inverter replacement, covered by the Full Service plan. It is the single largest bill a solar owner does not see coming, and it arrives long after the salesperson has moved on.

  5. Year 25

Panels still inside their production warranty, and we are still the phone number on the sticker inside your breaker box.

The plans.

Plans run month to month. Stop whenever you like — there is no term and no exit fee, because a plan that needs a contract to hold onto you is not doing its job.

Taking over someone else’s system.

First visit is a full audit: every panel read individually, inverter and optimizer firmware checked, mounting and flashing inspected, and the monitoring account moved into your name — which is often the part the original installer never actually did.

You get the findings in writing whether or not you stay on a plan, including the manufacturer warranties still live on your equipment. Around a third of the orphaned systems we audit are losing output nobody had noticed.

Tell us roughly what you have. We call within one business day to confirm the first visit and set up billing.

If you do not know who made your panels or what size the array is, say so in the notes. We can usually work it out from the address and your utility account.
